Violent Divine - In Harm's Way
Have you ever gotten "In Harm's Way,"? I'm sure a lot of you have everyone probably has at least once but that's not the case this time, that line just happens to be the title of Violent Divine's new album. This album is a massive hard rocking piece of work and art having crafted out each of the12-tracks that plays right on through from beginning to end. Each tune capturing the last perfectly. Violent Divine formed in 2005 and praised for their 2006 debut which sky rocked as far as I can see blowing the minds of everyone who gave it a listen.
But that was then and this is now and this time around we got a whole new experience to introduce you too. The lyrics are laid out nicely having each guitar tone and creative riff do its part in building up a master ripping solo as the drumming skills keep up and does its own thing allowing the ease and heaviness of the music to slowly become one. Vocal wise we are thrown a heavy, raw but non-stop racing energy that pushes through each song being more aggressive and heavier each lyric sung through. Bringing out the classic tunes of Motley Crue and Accept, such tracks to look out for includes "Blackheart," "Happy Ever Afterlife," and "Vampire Empire."
"In Harm's Way," is to become an instant classic and will rock the walls down breaking the boundary they are being kept together with easily. This heavy sock to your face music just grabs you and lifts you off the ground not having you think once on what may happen next. But one thing is for sure the only thing that will happen is nothing pure hard rock and roll with a dash of heavy metal mixed in between giving you that energy needed to rock!
