Okay everybody, for two seconds get over the fact that you're all metal heads.
My favorite band, Brand New. They are unique, every CD of theres gets better than the first, which is amazing by itself. I love their latest, The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me. It's so unique, I cannot find a place where it fits. Too hard for alternative, but nor is it emo or punk.
Anyway, just check it out.

I'd have to say that Brand New is one of the best bands out there. Not to mention that they have a sense of mystery to them. This guy is obviously just not open minded and thinks that if there isn't a large bearded man screaming profound words in your face that is isn't good music. Kudos to you ma'am.
