They're a band from Syracuse. They're on tour right now going around the midwest but they are truly a breath of fresh air in a time where anyone thinks that if they pick up a guitar and start screaming they can be the 'next best thing.'
But Architect is truly something to look for. They have an album out 'All Is Not Lost' that you can get at Best Buy and online, they also have a myspace.

I've actually heard some of their stuff and it really is good. Hardcore stuff you can really start thrashing to...no pun intended.
