Hmm... I'm no surgeon, but a quick google search revealed that you are doing something that has to do with breast reconstruction???

I'm ENT/Neuro/Plastics. My Dr. is one of the only Doctors who does a DIEP flap in New England. What we do is a bi-lateral mastectomy and then take tissue and fat thats fed on an artery and move it to the breast area and voila! there is the new boobs. No implants, just fat and muscle taken from your stomach..it's almost a tummy tuck + breast implants. Problem is all those vessels need to be attached somewhere and that means HOURS of microsurgery.

WTF dude that sounds awesome. So those should feel much more real compared to silicone implants, right? Sounds extreme, but I'm assuming that it was a case of breast cancer or some such that prompted this surgery? As a side question, has doing this surgery ruined your appreciation of the female anatomy? Do you still like b00bies?

As a side question, has doing this surgery ruined your appreciation of the female anatomy? Do you still like b00bies? Yeah, these are only done following mastectomies for cancer. This isn't some breast enhancing surgery. You can do a 2 hour breast implant case for normal boobs. and for your second question...HELL NO. If anything it makes me appreciate a nice rack even more
