Carl and I just got approved to move in to our first apartment. We're moving in December 1st. Does anyone have any advice or hilarious stories?

Make sure everything works. I lie on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house and it's awesome. I moved here in August and just found a small issue...my friggin thermostat was broken! I turned it on...and it wouldn't turn off! I had to get a new one...but just saying...make sure everythang works. My place, y'all should drop by!

Just an FYI, Julie moved into her new place on the first. I helped her get everything in but she wont have any internet for the next month so she will be kind of scarce around here until then. :'( Until then we are going to have to find someone else to harass about having tits and making pornos...
