Well its been pretty much one year now of me making the 120 mile round trip drive to work from NH to Norwood, MA. Some of the things I have seen:

At least 2 SUV rollovers.

1 HUGE Car Fire (like 2 weeks ago).

I95 flood to the point where the fast lane was useless.

Estimated 20 bumpers on the side of the road.

1 Crazy box truck weaving in-and out of traffic chasing a car that cut it off (with a WOMAN driving the truck on her cell phone).

A large steel beam in the fast lane.

A couch in the right lane.

A 2x4 fly off the top of a contractor's truck.

Numerous dead deer/possum/skunk/cats.

An average of one accident per day.

I've been commuting into Boston on the bus and subway for 10 years now. I've seen some weird stuff and people. One of the weirder things was several years ago this woman who had nylons on, but had not shaved. She had little hairs sticking out through her nylons and while sitting on the orange line, she decided to take out a pair of those baby finger nail scissors and start snipping leg hair, one hair at a time. Fuckin' weird.
