Anyone make it to the show in Lowell last night? I went and my ass is dragging today, but it was definitely worth it. It was my third time seeing DD and fourth time seeing LoG and both were great, especially LoG who, every time I see them, reaffirms my belief they are the best live metal band going right now. It was my first time seeing Soilwork and KSE. I have a few Soilwork CDs and I'm a casual fan, but I don't love them...they were better than I expected. KSE put on a great show and Adam Dutkiewicz (sp?) and Howard Jones are both great performers. Particularly Adam, who you get a concert and stand-up routine from for the price of one ticket.

Anyway, this was my metal concert/lineup of the year. Headbang If you missed it, you should try to get up to Lewiston, ME this weekend.

That's the fucked up thing about life! When you don't have a job, you have all this time to do fun things but no money to pay for them. When you have a job, you have money for all these fun things you don't have time for. Work sucks and so does being broke! flip off 2

Anyway, thanks...and sorry you missed it.

It would have been pretty good, although I am not a fan of Soilwork or new Killswitch...still LOG is amazing live.

Soilwork isn't my favorite band, but I do have a couple of their CDs, including the new one. Not that I don't like their music, but after a while, there's not much difference from one album to the next...the last few, anyway. That said, they were actually better than I expected. Either way, Lamb of God alone was worth the price of admission!
