was it actually about a zombie gingerbread man? I think it would even be better if he was like the Shrek gingerbread man in size, with flesh on his mind hahaha

I saw Invasion of the Body Snatchers (the 1978 one) for the first time last night. It was good.
The other night I watched Disturbia, which was better than I expected.

I saw Deathproof the other night. Quentin Tarantino is a great director, and he made a very boring movie be amazing for about half of it. I just couldn't stand the mindless girl chatter that went on, and on, and on.
And ON!

I watched Dead Silence because a friend said it was actually good. It had some good scenes, but not my all time favorite. I would put it under the same category as They, Darkness Falls, and Darkness.
This weekend in between going out in my sexy costume, I am going to see 30 Days of Night and Saw 4. Yeah I know DJ, you don't the Saw movies. I think, like any movie, to many sequels of the same movie is friggan boring and bound to disappoint. Last thing I need to see is Saw in Space. I do have to say that the Saw series gives me my gore fix and the different puzzles, or devices, are pretty interesting. So I hope there will be alot more. I'm also curious on how many and who is setting up all the puzzles...Unless he planned it before all the shit in the 3rd one. I'm usually very good about figuring theses things out.
Anyone seeing these ones or have?

I watched SAW4 tonight and it was good. Not my favorite, maybe because it might have gone to deep into information about Jigsaw.
It was interesting on who the killer was in the end. I'm not really sure why the killer started helping though....maybe he's just sick. They gave no reason why. I'm sure we will find out in the 5th one, but I think it will go down hill after this...if not already.
I'm sorry to say this because I really enjoyed watching the beginning Saw's. I hope 30 Days of Night will be better when I see it tomorrow.
What did you think about Saw4?

I saw the "Hitcher" remake a few days ago. I just don't think it was as good as the original. I always like movies like Duel and Hitcher when I was really young (about 7).
I believe that Rutger Hauer in the original was more intimidating and appeared to pull of the psychotic persona better than Sean Bean. Sean Bean was to sexy and they made him have an almost obessesion for the girl...like he had feelings for her but his type of character's behavior was not supposed to have any feelings at ALL.
I also thought the ending was just to friggan quick and lamn. Throughout the whole movie they were pretty much running from the same script except for minor changes in scenes and of course they added the girl way to soon and made her the main character. I though that was a BAD CHOICE. Then the ending in the original was pretty decent and much better than what they went with. I don't think this movie will be launching any new careers or improving the casts status.
They took a decent old time horror flick and made it into a teenbopper movie. I would never pick up hitchers because I always remembered that movie, but if they look like him I might be persuaded. LOL
